This Xmas #Alfoodie wants to celebrate the Italo- American tradition with a feast fit for kings, surrounded by a lake, vineyards and ruins of ancient Roman empire . We will cook a 7 fish dinner like a big Italian family while enjoying aperitivo, wine tasting and a lot of bubbles in addition to a special Christmas surprise.

Come to experience the True “festa a mare” with #Alfoodies. We will leave from Pozzuoli around 7 pm for a sunset swim, enjoying an aperitivo in Ischia with Music, Prosecco and Wine tasting and of course a 3 course dinner prepered on boat. Learn to make your own limoncello. #Alfoodie Cultural Experience will provide you with the lemons, the alcohol, the bottle and the class where you will each make your own 1/2 litre bottle of limoncello along with Me. The class will also include 4 course dinner wine, water and of course limoncello!
Each participant will leave with their very own 1/2 litre bottle of the beginnings of a delicious limoncello. Instructions will be provided to finish your own at home after 30 days of waiting for the zest to ferment in the alcohol.
The winner of the Alfoodie “name in the hat” raffle will also get their very own 1/2 litre bottle of a completed limoncello that Alfonso has already made.

Come explore the iconic bay of Naples island of Procida, named the Italian culture capital for 2022. The boat will take us around the island where we can admire the beauty of this unique island lying between Capo Miseno and Ischia. I will show you all my favorite spots, and where to swim in the emerald waters of this Flegrean Island! Of course we will have typical Procida dinner cooked on the boat paired with the finest alfoodie wine tasting overlooking Marina Corricella, where we will be captured by the unique Mediterranean architecture at the golden hour. This island is picturesque and it’s no surprise that Procida is widely considered the painter’s island! If we have the chance we can jump out on land and explore the fishing village and meet local people and friends that have lived on the island their entire life. Oh and we have to try lingua di Procida, delicious dessert (Procida tongue) This and more with Alfoodies!!

Experience the exotic Amalfi and Sorrento coast cruising lifestyle! We will start from Praiano to all the amalfi coast all while we are sipping chilled prosecco. Swimming in blue water will be magical. You will see all some vip villas and all of my favorite hidden spots of the magical amalfi coast. Lunch and wine tasting will be in one of the coolest restaurants on the coast, right on the water and includes #Alfoodies signature wine tasting. Ready steady cook #Alfoodie edition. We will learn how to make pesto and gnocchi from scratch using farm fresh ingredients, all while sipping good wine and nibbling some cheese with newly harvested honey in the vineyard.
